Our outsourced IT help-desk hours are Monday to Sunday 7am-7pm. We also offer 24/7 emergency managed service desk IT support where required.

Our outsourced IT service-desk at Correct Group is ready to take any queries from your users either by phone or email. We follow ITIL practices so once an enquiry is raised, we will provide you with a ticket reference number. A skilled engineer will then be assigned on the ticket and will contact you to resolve the issue.
Our Agent, which is installed on all the supported devices, allows us to monitor for faults 24/7 and enable us to detect issues seamlessly, sometimes even before the client realises. A remote-control function is included enabling us to connect to the device and see what the user is experiencing to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Response SLA starts from 15 minutes up to 1 hour depending on the urgency of the issue. If you require someone onsite, our skilled and personable engineers will be there to help tackle any issue you’re facing and resolve.
