Correct Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Shenkin to Client Services Manager. His responsibilities include management of the service desk and liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction with service levels.
Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience as both a well qualified IT professional and having structured and led customer service teams in large blue chip companies.
